Erica Duignan Minnihan is Head of Deal Flow at Onevest.

Erica Duignan Minnihan has been an active investor and advisor to early stage technology companies for over 9 years. Prior to starting a career in Venture, Erica held various roles in investment banking for firms such as Citigroup, Credit Suisse and Cantor Fitzgerald. She began her career in Venture Capital as the original Executive Director of Golden Seeds, and helped grow that organization to one of the largest and most active angel investor networks in the world. She also founded and sold Mamatini Brands, which produces consumer goods for modern mothers focused on healthy lifestyles. After selling that brand, Erica was a co-founder and Executive Director of STAR Angel Network, an exclusive angel investor network for professional athletes and celebrities. Through that vehicle, she managed a portfolio of successful investments primarily in the tech sector, and worked to introduce professional athletes to the tech startup community by becoming active and astute angel investors.

Erica also served as a Managing Director at top-tier tech accelerator DreamIt Ventures, with a focus on helping the hundreds of portfolio companies maximize their success in raising investor capital. Erica is currently the Head of Deal Flow for Onevest, a pioneer in the digital equity funding space, that is creating new technologies to help founders raise capital more efficiently, allowing them to keep their focus on growing their business, not fundraising. Erica is responsible for selecting and cultivating the companies chosen to raise equity on the Onevest platform. Erica has an BA in Business Economics from UCLA and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School. She has also made regular appearances on network television for MSNBC and CNBC on 'Your Business' and 'Crowd Rules' as a startup business expert. She lives in Tribeca with her husband and three children.
